Gentle Hip-Focused Practice

This class is perfect for when you’re in the mood to focus on your hips, but in a mellow movement setting. This is a gentle practice that will thoroughly target the hips all the way around their circumference using a combination of movement and some passive stretching.

This practice requires no yoga props (although a couple of blocks and a blanket can of course optionally be included if you have them handy.)
