Yoga Strength Flow 5

In this strong, challenging practice, we move through 3 rounds of 4 well-rounded strength training moves within the context of a yoga flow.

If you are new to any of these 4 strength training moves, please watch the separate short intro videos for each of them to determine how to set up each pose for your specific body, as we don't go into great detail about them in this class for efficiency's sake:

  • lateral lunges

  • chair reverse planks

  • windmill

  • leg lowers

    This practice utilizes 2 chairs for the chair reverse planks and a couple of optional weights if you would like to add weight to the lateral lunges, windmills, and leg lowers. (The weights are optional - all of these movements can be done with bodyweight only!)
