Shoulder-Pulling Yoga Flow
Don’t worry – you don’t need a TRX or suspension trainer to take this class! You can certainly use one if you have access to one, but you can also set up your own DIY suspension trainer using a bed sheet or 1-2 yoga straps. Watch this quick video for easy set up instructions!
This innovative yoga class consists of a yoga flow that incorporates the use of a suspension trainer throughout. We utilize a smart series of shoulder-pulling movements with the suspension trainer which will serve to counterbalance much of the shoulder-pushing we do in our traditional mat-based yoga practice.
The only prop needed for this practice is your DIY yoga strap or bedsheet suspension trainer, or an actual TRX if you have access to one. Enjoy this unique and effective shoulder-pulling flow!
