Hip-Opening Active Flow

Target your hips from all angles in this creative, fun, and focused 30-minute slow flow practice. We start with some supine hip joint movement and move into a whole body standing flow that builds on itself while exploring hip movement from multiple angles.
No props are required for this practice (although you may enjoy having a pair of blocks with you if you have them available – but this is optional!)
