Welcome to our January Yoga Snack Challenge: 10 minutes of creative yoga warm-up flows for 30 days!
Our challenge kicks off January 2, 2025 – whoo hoo! I’ll be emailing you with more details about the challenge as we get closer to our starting date.
But for now, here a few logistical details to keep in mind:

I’ll email you the yoga snack practice of the day every morning, and I’ll also post the practices here on our challenge home page as they release (down below! ⬇️).
My hope is for you to complete each practice at some point during the day it’s released. :) But if you skip a day, no worries! Consider catching up in the following days if need be.

Feel free to use this optional checklist to help stay on track with the challenge! You can print the checklist out or save the file to your device and type right into it in digital form. [CHECKLIST WILL BE LINKED HERE SOON – IT’S NOT QUITE READY YET 😀]
