Core Connected Flow 2

Target your core (and whole body) in 360° with this fun and surprising flow practice!

We start with a spinal mobility warm-up and then move into a creative standing pose flow. During our standing flow, we take an interlude into an innovative and challenging supine sequence that your hamstrings will love! :)

This class utilizes 1 yoga block or household item equivalent.
