Whole Body Backbend Flow (Newer Version)

This is a newly-filmed version of the older Whole Body Backbend Flow class here in the library! Jenni re-filmed this practice in order to have a version of it with better audio quality than the first version.

This creative, active flow prepares the whole body to be involved in the backbends we do toward the end of class. This practice includes a special focus on shoulder mobility work and some contralateral posterior chain activation. And there’s even a chance to hop up into an inversion at one point if we feel so inclined!

This practice utilizes one yoga strap (or similar household item like a scarf.) Enjoy the heart-opening fun!
