Quick Upper Back Mobility Flow

This unique flow practice is designed to target the upper back (and therefore the shoulders and upper body in general as well!) through a series of well-rounded & effective yoga movements. You will leave this class feeling more connected, mobile, and strong through your upper back region - as well energized on a whole body level!
