Bringing Shoulder Stand Back

Shoulder stand seems to have fallen out of fashion in many parts of the yoga world, but if we approach the pose intelligently by working on the upper back and shoulder strength/mobility that are key elements of this pose, shoulder stand can actually be a beneficial and great pose to practice! This class is Jenni's attempt to offer us a renewed appreciation for this classic pose so that we consider bringing it back into our practices.

This practice utilizes 2-3 yoga blankets (or household blankets).
