Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose) Flow

This fun and active class explores all of the component parts of parsvottanasana (pyramid pose) within the context of a creative flow practice.

Pyramid pose is a classic forward-facing standing pose in which we fold forward over our front leg. It’s a great and often underappreciated yoga pose, and this class gives it the attention it deserves! ;)

Mobilize your hips, hamstrings, and shoulders and then enjoy putting all of the parts together in our theme asana of pyramid pose!

No props are required for this practice, although you might appreciate having an optional yoga block with you.
