Quick Warm-Up Flow 66
This creative spinal mobility flow will warm up and mobilize your entire spine.
We start with a fun and unique sun salutation flow, take a visit to table top dancer pose, and end with some back body-targeting shalabhasana lifts!
No props are required for this short practice!
