Quick Warm-Up Flow 67

Wake up your lower body in this quick flow!

We start with a kneeling and low lunge sequence with a focus on the back of the hips and fronts of the thighs. Then we have fun with a unique single-leg standing sequence with a hip flexor focus.

No props are required for this short practice!
