Gentle Pelvis Practice

The pelvis is a region of the body from which many of us have become "disembodied" or "disconnected". When chronic pain manifests in this region (i.e. SI joint pain), or in nearby regions such as the hips or low back, a simple practice of increasing our somatic awareness of this area can sometimes help.

This gentle yoga practice is designed to increase body awareness and mobility of the region of the pelvis for improved quality of movement and cortical mapping.

No props are necessary for this practice.
