This class begins with a series of gentle, mindful movements designed to awaken and connect with your hips. From there, we transition into a series of longer-held, restorative hip-openers designed to create a sense of spaciousness and ease in the hips. Find relaxation and experience your hips in a whole new way in this slow, intentional practice!
This practice utilizes a bolster (or couch cushion or big pillow), a yoga blanket, and an optional 1-2 yoga blocks.
