Integrated Core Yoga Class
A creative sequence with a unique approach to the core!
Oftentimes, we target the core in a yoga or movement class in an isolated manner – with movements like crunches and planks, which really light up the region of the core only.
But in this fun (and fiery!) class, we target the core in an integrated manner – by asking the core to work as we also move the rest of our body. We might think of this as a “whole body core class”.
We start this practice with a short reclined sequence and then move into a standing flow that moves our whole body, but always ties back to the theme of an integrated core.
No props are required for this practice.
