Your Pelvis is Awesome

A focused, exploratory practice designed to show you how awesome your pelvis is!

This is a relatively gentle class in which we take the time to tune into the subtleties and options involved in how our pelvis can move through a variety of familiar shapes in our yoga practice. The goal of this practice is to improve how well we sense our pelvis in space.

No props are required for this practice!
