You, Your Core, & A Strap

This great practice requires just three things: you, your core, and a strap. And also a willingness to work on some potent core mobility and strength work, of course! (A resistance band can also substitute for the strap!)

We start this class with some focused work on improving the quality of our spinal movement, and then we move into some strong core work that builds on these skills. Throughout this practice, we utilize our yoga strap in creative ways to help make our movements even more effective.
