Yoga Strength Flow 1
In this strong, challenging practice, we move through 3 rounds of 4 well-rounded strength training moves within the context of a yoga flow. (But weights are not required, and the practice can definitely be done without them!)
If you are new to any of these 4 strength training moves, please watch the separate short intro videos for each of them to determine how to set up each pose for your specific body, as we don't go into great detail about them in this class for efficiency's sake:
squat/malasana
pullovers
chaturanga push-ups
bridge slides
Props utilized in this class include optional weights and a tool for sliding your feet across the floor during bridge slides (yoga blanket, paper plates on carpet, etc.)
