Wild Thing-Focused Flow

Experience wild thing in a whole new way in this creative class!

Wild thing is a fun pose that many of us enjoy practicing, but it’s rarely pulled out and focused on as a specific theme in class… until now! :)

Wild thing is essentially a hybrid of side plank and a backbend, and it involves some great shoulder loading for the bottom arm.

This yoga practice weaves together all of the movement elements of wild thing. We start with a floor-based opening sequence and then move into a standing flow designed to prepare us for our perfect wild thing!

This practice utilizes one optional yoga block for the opening sequence only.
