Wheel Play and Prep
In this unique, well-designed practice, we start with a short, fun flow intended to prepare our body to play with wheel pose (urdhva dhanurasana).
After exploring wheel pose, we then move into a series of potent strength moves designed to “prep us for wheel” in a long-term, chronic sense.
No props are required for this practice, but 1-2 yoga blocks would be helpful if you have them!
