Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (Without the Vinyasa) 6
This is a perfect class to take when you’re in the mood for a non-stop flow that challenges your yoga stamina, but is also focused and intentional at the same time.
This particular Vigorous Vinyasa Flow practice is a whole body-focused flow with an extra theme of *rotation* layered on top. We move pretty quickly into a strong, creative vinyasa-style flow (without vinyasas :) ), and we wind down with a few focused stretches at the end.
This class is designed to leave you feeling energized and newly-connected to your body!
No props are required for this practice, but a yoga block (or block-like household object) would be helpful at a couple of points.
