Upper Body Fiery Flow

In this active flow, we first take a few moments to tune into our shoulder movement skill that will be a theme woven in throughout this practice. After that, we dive into our continuous flow, which revolves around standing pose sequences within a sun salutation framework.

This class will move your entire body with an extra focus on intentional upper body work that targets both the front and the back of the shoulders.

No props are required for this practice!
