Tree Pose All the Ways
A fun flow class with creative tree pose variations!
This practice connects us to our whole body, but we have a theme of exploring different variations of tree pose (vrksasana) woven throughout.
Because of the anatomical position of tree pose, this class also has an extra layer of focus on targeting the hips (and especially the glutes!).
Our hips will thank us for this attention and these novel movements!
This practice utilizes 1 optional yoga block.
