Shoulder Focused Class

Join Joe for a skillfully-instructed gentle, somatics-based practice that will put you in touch with your shoulders in a whole new way!

In this practice, we are invited to explore and learn about how our own, individual shoulders move. There’s a specific focus on the shoulder blades (scapulas) in particular, and how they move in relation to your rib cage and in coordination with your arms.

Somatics-based movement practices are generally gentle practices that draw one’s attention to the internal experience of practicing particular movements.

No props are required for this class!

Joe Miller is a yoga teacher, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, a Certified Strength and a Conditioning Specialist with a passion for teaching how the body works.
