Restorative Yoga for Anxiety

Join Emily for a restorative yoga practice designed to calm your energy, downregulate your nervous system, and relieve anxiety. Through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and a sequence of restorative yoga poses, this class will offer you an experience of deep relaxation and a feeling of ease.

This practice utilizes 2-3 yoga blankets (or towels or other blankets from home), 1 yoga bolster (or a couple of pillows), and 1 eye pillow (or a folded washcloth or dish towel).
