Restorative Yoga for a Relaxed & Happy Back

Emily leads us through a mindful and soothing restorative yoga practice that's intended to leave your back feel relaxed and happy. Take this class anytime you could use some breath, focus, and long-held supported postures targeted around the area of the spine!

This practice utilizes 2-3 yoga blankets (or towels or other blankets from home), 1 yoga bolster (or a couple of pillows), and 1 eye pillow (or a folded washcloth or dish towel).
