Quick Lower Body Flow

Jenni leads us through a vinyasa-free flow practice designed to mobilize, work, and potentially strengthen the entire lower body (hips, knees, and ankles). We start with a quick lower body joint warm up and then move into a lunge flow that targets the lower body from a variety of angles. Our peak move is a fun and challenging flow that links together some great single leg squat variations. This practice will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and strong!

This practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks.
