Low Whole Body Flow

This active flow practice has "low" in its title because we manage to target our whole body in an intelligent, creative, and fun way while spending the entire practice low to the ground. (We don't come up to standing at all during this class - and we don't even do a single downward dog!)

This unique and engaging flow sequence will keep you present to your movements and transitions and will leave you feeling energized and newly-connected to your body!

This practices utilizes 2 optional yoga blocks.
