Ankle Mobility Quick Practice
A focused, potent practice for targeting ankle mobility!
In this class, we move our ankles through all of their ranges, with a focus on targeting and improving dorsiflexion (the direction of ankle movement utilized in squats, etc.)
We start with a pre-check to get a sense of what our ankle range of motion feels like today, then we move through a potent ankle mobility sequence, and then we re-check our range of motion to see how it feels.
This is a great class to visit multiple times if continued improvements in ankle mobility are a goal of yours!
No props are required for this practice.
