Lower Body Flow

In this all-levels, strong practice, we start with a warm-up sequence that moves the hips through a full range of motion. Then we move into a creative standing flow targeting the lower body, followed by some focused adductor and hip flexor work. Then we cool down and are treated with a much-deserved restorative pose, followed by savasana. Wake up and strengthen your lower body in this smart practice!

This practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap, and 1 yoga blanket (or any household object equivalents for these items).
