Keep It Low Mellow Flow

This is a perfect yoga practice to choose when you’re in the mood to move your body in a variety of ways and take your joints through full ranges of motion, but without exerting much effort or energy. It’s a mellow, gentle flow that stays low to the ground (no standing poses at all), but will leave you feeling like you have moved your body in many excellent ways!

This practice requires no yoga props (although a couple of blocks and a blanket can of course optionally be included if you have them handy.)
