Keep It Low Mellow Flow 5

This class will move all of your joints, but with a mellow energetic output.

This practice begins with belly breathing and then moves into some low back mobilization. Then we play with a unique coordination challenge, followed by a fun transition sequence between lying prone and a seated twist.


We then visit a mellow lunge sequence and end with some cool-down stretches.

No props are required for this practice!
