Holding the Big Toe
Joe Miller brings his deep knowledge of the body and movement, as well as his amazing Feldenkrais training, to this somatics-based practice themed around holding the big toe.
This thoughtful practice will give you a whole new experience of reclined big toe pose (supta padangusthasana). And it might also naturally help you find some more mobility and ease in the movement of your hip joints.
Somatics-based movement practices are generally gentle practices that draw one’s attention to the internal experience of practicing particular movements.
