Hip-Opening Active Flow (Updated)

This is a newly-filmed version of the older Hip-Opening Active Flow class here in the library! Jenni re-filmed this practice in order to have a version of it with better audio quality than the first version.

Target your hips from all angles in this creative, fun, and focused 39-minute slow flow practice. We start with some supine hip joint movement and move into a whole body standing flow that builds on itself while exploring hip movement from multiple angles.

No props are required for this practice (although you may enjoy having a pair of blocks with you if you have them available – but this is optional!)
