Heart Opening Flow

A heart-opening flow practice with a surprise peak pose!

This creative practice targets our upper and mid-back (thoracic spine) and shoulders, encouraging more movement and connection in these areas.

We then weave this newly-engaged area of the body into a surprise peak pose: shoulder stand! (Practicing shoulder stand is of course optional, and an alternative inversion is offered. But you might really enjoy visiting this specific inversion after this intentionally-designed flow class!)

If you plan on practicing shoulder stand in this class, please have two folded yoga blankets with you. Otherwise, no props are required for this class!
