Quick Warm-Up Flow 68

This short flow targets the hips from multiple angles.

This practice is built around a standing lunge flow, and includes a visit to a core and shoulder stability-challenging plank variation. We end with a fun and surprising visit to staff pose walks!

No props are required for this short practice!
