Hanumanasana (Forward Splits) Practice
Move closer to hanumanasana (forward splits) in this fun and novel class!
This practice is designed to increase hamstring and hip flexor flexibility to help us increase our range of motion for hanumanasana (forward splits). We start with a selection of active and passive stretches woven together into an active yoga flow, and then we move into a series of targeted strength moves that are very relevant for hanumanasana.
This class does require the ability to slide your foot across the floor (i.e. with a blanket or towel on a smooth floor or a paper plate on carpet), and it also utilizes 1 optional yoga block.
