Gentle & Restorative Wind Down Practice

Welcome to the perfect class to take right before bed to help ease your transition into sleep! This practice is also excellent for anytime you're craving a resource to help you de-stress, downregulate your nervous system, and basically just chill out in general.

This wind down practice starts with some gentle, dynamic movements and transitions into restorative yoga poses.

The only prop required in this class is a chair or couch. Optional additional props are a yoga blanket or small pillow, a yoga strap (or scarf, tie, or resistance band), and 1 yoga block.
