Energetic Freedom (Chair Yoga)
This gentle chair practice emphasizes 3-dimensional movement of the spine to create some energetic freedom in the body. The main movement focus is on spinal mobility, but we do target the entire upper body and torso with some potent global movements.
This is an excellent practice to fit in on your lunch break at the office - or at any time you could use a gentle and effective whole body reset!
No props are required for this practice except for a chair (as this is a chair yoga class!)
