In this class, Laura gives us a breathing anatomy 101 lesson, guides us through several variations of breathing styles, and offers insightful suggestions for how we might integrate these techniques in a variety of yoga asanas. It’s like an entire experiential breath workshop all in under 18 minutes!
No props are required for this practice, and even though Laura teaches this class while sitting in a chair, you are welcome to do this practice sitting on the floor if you would prefer. Enjoy connecting with your breath under Laura’s expert guidance!
