Creative Malasana (Squat Pose) Flow

This is an active flow class themed around supporting and improving our ability to squat (malasana).

So we get to work on ankle, knee, hip, and thoracic spine movement – all woven into a fun and unique yoga flow!

This sequence includes many surprising and engaging twists and turns, and the creative linking together of movements will help you light up new connections in your body and your movements.

No props are required for this practice!
