Camel Pose Flow
This active flow class is themed around camel pose (ustrasana), a kneeling backbend pose. The practice is dominated by a fun, creative standing flow with elements of camel pose joint actions woven throughout.
There’s also an extra emphasis on targeting the quads (muscles on the fronts of the thighs) and knees, which we visit in some novel ways during this class.
This class utilizes 1 optional yoga strap or resistance band or similar household item (like a scarf, belt, etc.).
