90/90 Hip Mobility for All Bodies
The '“90/90” hip stretch (a.k.a. “pinwheel legs”) is a popular and effective position for working on hip mobility, but sitting on the floor in this position is not accessible for all bodies. In this class, we move through an extended 90/90 hip mobility sequence in a chair for the first portion of the practice, and then we have the option of moving to the floor or staying in the chair to repeat the sequence a second time through.
This class is meant for everyone – even if you can already comfortably sit in a 90/90 position on the floor! You’ll leave this practice feeling very connected to your hips and more mobile in this key area of the body.
This class utilizes 1-2 chairs.
