360° Low Hip Flow
This is an active practice, even though it takes place low-to-the-ground! We target the hips from all angles in a continuous, creative flow that your hips will thank you for!
There’s one movement in this class where we slide our foot on the floor, so if you have a blanket or towel that you can slide across a smooth floor – or a paper plate or glider that you can slide across carpet – that would be great! This is optional, though, and isn’t required in order to take the class.
