Yoga Strength Flow 8
In this strong, challenging practice, we move through 3 rounds of 4 well-rounded strength training moves within the context of a yoga flow.
If you are new to any of these 4 strength training moves, *please watch the separate short intro videos* for each of them to determine how to set up each pose for your specific body, as we don't go into great detail about them in this class for efficiency's sake:
low lunge to warrior 2 rotations
pull aparts (or rear delt fly as a substitution if you don’t have a resistance band)
core plank step forward
elevated hamstring bridge lifts
This practice utilizes one optional weight (or heavy-ish household item) for the low lunge to warrior 2 rotations, 1 optional resistance band for the pull apart (or use bodweight, water bottles, or light weights for the rear delt flies), and one chair.
