Yoga Strength Flow 6
In this strong, challenging practice, we move through 3 rounds of 4 well-rounded strength training moves within the context of a yoga flow.
If you are new to any of these 4 strength training moves, please watch the separate short intro videos for each of them to determine how to set up each pose for your specific body, as we don't go into great detail about them in this class for efficiency's sake:
tricep dips
step downs
single arm row
quadruped hip arc
This practice utilizes 1 chair or bench and one weight (or heavy-ish household item) for the single-arm rows.
