Whole Body Backbend Flow (Older Version)

This creative, active flow prepares the whole body to be involved in the backbends we do toward the end of class. This practice includes a special focus on shoulder mobility work and some contralateral posterior chain activation. And there’s even a chance to hop up into an inversion at one point if we feel so inclined!
