This unique flow class starts with a fun, springy take on downward dog, and then moves into a fun standing flow involving (among other things) warrior 3 variations and forearm side plank dips.
The loose theme of this class – beyond being vigorous :) – is a focus on targeting the posterior chain.
This class is designed to leave you feeling energized and newly-connected to your body!
