Vigorous Vinyasa Flow (Without the Vinyasa) 5

This is a perfect class to take when you’re in the mood for a non-stop flow that challenges your yoga stamina, but is also focused and intentional at the same time.

This particular Vigorous Vinyasa Flow practice is a whole body-focused flow with an extra layer of hip strength and core strength work layered on top.

This class is designed to leave you feeling energized and newly-connected to your body!

There are “vinyasa-like” movements included in this practice, but no traditional vinyasas.

No props are required for this practice, but a yoga block (or block-like household object) would be helpful at a couple of points.
