Strong Steady Flow 4
This creative practice starts off with a smart upper body and spinal mobility warm up, and then moves into a steady, full-length class-style standing flow that will likely make you sweat! This class includes core work and a good amount of targeted hip work (especially for those hip flexors!). We end with a great cool down. All-in-all, you should leave this class feeling energized and worked in a good way!
